"Greg is an easy going guy who goes the extra mile. He negotiated our house $25,000 less than asking price. We've been looking to purchase a home for 3 years and had talked to several agents. Our problem was that we had a condo that couldn't sell. We were in a situation if we rented out our condo, we'd be losing $300/mo. and that wasn't acceptable. Greg explained to us that we would get most of the money back on our tax returns. After we realized that, we found a home, closed the deal, and moved in within 3 months. Greg is very quick with emails and phone calls. He never left us hanging. I carry his cards with me just in case someone is interested in looking for a home.
